K. (Rai) Sahi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard Corporation. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Morguard REIT, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard North American Residential REIT, Morguard Investments Limited and ClubLink Enterprises Limited.
Rai is a Certified General Accountant Fellow and has over 30 years of business experience in public and private corporations, including extensive experience in investing, financial reporting, standards, and policy covering a broad range of industries including insurance, commercial banking, manufacturing, transportation and automotive as well as real estate. David A. King is a corporate director and is President of DKC Holdings Ltd, a private investment company. David has a long history in North American real estate markets, commencing in the early 1960s with Sears Canada's real estate department, he was a Senior Officer of Cambridge Shopping Centres Limited for six years and a Senior Officer and President of Campeau Corporation for 15 years. Since 1988, David has pursued various private business interests.
