K. (Rai) Sahi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard Corporation. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Morguard REIT, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard North American Residential REIT, Morguard Investments Limited and ClubLink Enterprises Limited.

Rai is a Certified General Accountant Fellow and has over 30 years of business experience in public and private corporations, including extensive experience in investing, financial reporting, standards, and policy covering a broad range of industries including insurance, commercial banking, manufacturing, transportation and automotive as well as real estate. Rai has received many distinctions, including the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada Fellowship Award (2009), Voice Achievement Award (Fellowship in the Indo-Canadian Community over critical enterprises, 2009) and Turnaround Entrepreneur of the Year (1994). In addition, Rai is a ranked member of numerous prestigious business listings, including ''The Top 25 Most Influential Figures in Canadian Golf'' (The National Post) and one of ''The Most Influential People in Golf'' (Golf Inc.).

David A. King is a corporate director and is President of DKC Holdings Ltd, a private investment company. David has a long history in North American real estate markets, commencing in the early 1960s with Sears Canada's real estate department, he was a Senior Officer of Cambridge Shopping Centres Limited for six years and a Senior Officer and President of Campeau Corporation for 15 years. Since 1988, David has pursued various private business interests.

Wayne M.E. McLeod is a corporate director and consultant. Wayne retired in 1999 after 20 years with CCL Industries Inc., serving in many senior roles including President, CEO and Chairman of the Board. During his tenure, CCL moved from a $150 million sales Canadian company to a $1.6 billion multi-national company with 37 plants and 7000 employees in 7 countries.

Wayne is a chartered accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He is also past Chair of the Institute of Corporate Directors and Past Chair of the Granite Club Inc. in Toronto.

Timothy J. Murphy is a partner with the law firm of McMillan LLP focusing on public/private partnership initiatives.

Timothy was Chief of Staff to the former Prime Minister of Canada and was Chief of Staff to Canada's former Minister of Finance. He has also been a Member of Provincial Parliament and Senior Advisor to both the Attorney General of Ontario and the Ontario Minister of Education. Timothy was also previously a partner at a major Canadian law firm.

He is a member of the Board of Directors, Legal Aid Ontario, the Toronto Board of Trade, Municipal Performance Committee and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Bruce K. Robertson is Principal at Grandview Capital, a Canadian merchant bank. Prior to Grandview Capital, Bruce was a senior officer at AbitibiBowater Inc. Bruce also served as Senior Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management Inc., a specialty asset management company. Bruce received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Bruce has served on the boards of directors of both private and publicly-listed companies.

Leonard Peter Sharpe is a senior executive with 25+ years of experience in the real estate industry in both a domestic and global commercial environment. Leonard previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited for over 10 years. Leonard also serves as a director of The Sunnybrook Foundation, board member of International Council of Shopping Centres, Multiplan (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), Postmedia Network Inc. and First Industrial Real Estate Trust.

Leonard has served on the boards of directors of both private and publicly-listed companies

David J. Thomson is a corporate director.

David was President of Great West Properties, Colorado from 1988 to 2004 where he was responsible for managing a $4.2 billion mortgage and real estate portfolio. From 1972 to 1988, David held the position of Executive Vice President of Oxford Development Group and developed large projects in Edmonton, Calgary, Minneapolis, St. Paul, Denver and Toronto.

David is a member of the board of Toronto Dominion Private Giving Foundation.
