   K. (Rai) Sahi President and Chief Executive Officer Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust Rai Sahi is President and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard REIT. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Morguard Corporation, Morguard North American Residential REIT, Morguard Investments Limited and ClubLink Enterprises Limited.
Rai is a Certified General Accountant Fellow and has over 30 years of business experience in public and private corporations, including extensive experience in investing, financial reporting, standards, and policy covering a broad range of industries including insurance, commercial banking, manufacturing, transportation and automotive as well as real estate. Rai has received many distinctions, including the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada Fellowship Award (2009), Voice Achievement Award (Fellowship in the Indo-Canadian Community over critical enterprises, 2009) and Turnaround Entrepreneur of the Year (1994). In addition, Rai is a ranked member of numerous prestigious business listings, including "The Top 25 Most Influential Figures in Canadian Golf" (The National Post) and one of "The Most Influential People in Golf" (Golf Inc.).  Tim Walker Chief Financial Officer Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust Tim Walker joined Morguard REIT in September 2004 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Tim has been associated with the Morguard Group of Companies since October 1997, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Morguard Residential Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Morguard Corporation focused on the ownership of residential income properties.
Prior to joining Morguard, Tim was a Partner and Director of Gordon Capital Corporation and, previous to that, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Campeau Corporation (a real estate development corporation).  Kenneth R. Moffat Vice President, Asset Management Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust Ken Moffat joined Morguard REIT as Vice President, Asset Management in April 2006. Ken has worked with the Morguard group of companies since August 1998. Ken has been focused on the retail sector, most recently as Vice President, Retail Property Management with responsibilities for retail properties managed by Morguard Investments Limited in Western Canada. Before that, he held progressively senior positions in acquisitions & dispositions, retail leasing, and finance with two national real estate owner/managers.
Ken is registered as a real estate broker and a mortgage broker in Ontario, has an MBA, and is a Chartered Accountant. He has completed the Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) & Real Property Administrator (RPA) designations awarded by the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).  Beverley G. Flynn Vice President and General Counsel Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust Beverley G. Flynn joined Morguard in July 2003 and was appointed General Counsel of Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust in January 2013. Ms. Flynn has a decade of experience in public markets, real estate, finance and corporate and securities law. Prior to joining Morguard, Ms. Flynn was an associate with McMillan LLP. Ms. Flynn is member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and Memorial University of Newfoundland. Ms. Flynn is also a recipient of the Osgoode Hall Law School Alumni Gold Key Award.

Paul Miatello is the Chief Financial Officer at Morguard Corporation. Prior to being appointed CFO in 2007, he held the offices of Vice President Finance and Vice President, Morguard Residential Inc. Paul joined Revenue Properties Company Limited (a Morguard subsidiary) in 2000 and was appointed Vice President, Finance and CFO of RPCL in 2003. Paul has responsibility for financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, taxation, debt, investor relations and capital market activities. Paul has over 15 years experience working with public and private real estate companies. Paul holds a Chartered Accountant´s designation. Beverley G. John is the Vice President of Morguard Management Company Inc., and is responsible for Morguard's U.S. residential and retail portfolios, including property management, asset management, operations, acquisitions, development and construction. John began his career at Morguard in 2006 as Vice President Residential of Morguard's U.S. holdings. He started his career in real estate in 1997, working on his own multi-family residential projects. He formally began his career in the profession in 2001, working with Trammell Crow Residential.
John holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University in industrial engineering/technology and an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business. John is a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and Member of the National Apartment Association. His community involvement includes donating regularly to American Veterans, the American Heart Association and Benjamin Franklin, a New Orleans public high school. |
