Morguard is thrilled to announce that 215 Slater Street was awarded an Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award 2024. This recognition was received during the BOMA Ottawa, Celebration of Excellence luncheon, where 215 Slater was awarded in the 100,000 – 249,999 SF Office Building category.
215 Slater Street is a Class A, 116,934 SF multi-tenant office retail complex, ideally situated in the Parliamentary Precinct and Ottawa’s central business district, a preferred location for both government and private sector tenants. The building is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), Gold level and ENERGY STAR® certified. Owned by Morguard and TD Asset Management, this building is designed by Richard Chmiel Architect & Associates, to meet the needs of tenants, and to promote building efficiency.
